They don't deserve even one star! Let's start with the fact that they don't comply with the operating hours and close the store before the specified time during the opening hours! Let's continue with the fact that their WhatsApp customer service is not available and after several messages I sent them I received a response 3 and a half weeks later! And they texted the complaint claiming that the seller can decide to close before the time, in what world is that true? A store that closes early in a mall should receive a report from the mall! Just horrible service! I do not recommend approaching them

Appalling service, scammers and disrespect their customers. Sometimes there is simply no employee in the store and you go look for them in Bordinon across the street
